Zodiac
Arts is a local voluntary sector organisation
providing a range of services to children,
young people and adults with disabilities
who are resident within the London borough
Westminter Council. The project was established
in 2004 as a registered charity that provides
services on a numbe r of fully accessible sites.
Providing Youth and leisure services, education
and training projects, advocacy services,
holiday and after-school clubs the project
works with many local and national partners
in the delivery of its services.
Zodiac
Arts will be carrying out extensive volunteer
outreach work to get involved in hard to reach
Black and Ethnic minority groups by encouraging
more children aged 6 to 16 to become actively
involved in local groups and projects, and
by supporting activities that aim to be open
and accessible to everyone who wishes to take
part; The main objective of this project is
to provide a range of services to children and
young adults with disabilities to improve
their quality of life, enable them to fully
participate in the community, build their
confidence, their choice, their human rights
and social inclusion.
